Instructions for oral presenters
Instructions
Your presentation must be created in Microsoft PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx), 16:9 format (widescreen), and the language should be English.
Only this presentation format will be accepted. If pictures are not permitted, please remember to state this on the first slide of your presentation.
Please be present at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
We do not allow the use of personal laptops for presentations; therefore, you will need to use the Speaker Preview Room.
We recommend that you upload your presentation before arriving at the conference through the link you have received by email.
Timing and Duration
The duration depends on which type of presentation you have, please see below.
Abstract presentations: 8 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions
Flash talks: 3 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions
Pod talks: 8 minutes pre speaker plus 2 minutes for questions
Speaker Preview Room
If you have not uploaded your presentation via the upload link which has been send to you by email, please go to the Speaker Preview Room to upload your presentation at least 2 hours before the Session starts.
