Get-together & Official Opening of the Exhibition
Date: 12 April 2026, 17:30-19:00
All participants are invited to a get-together and official opening of the exhibition at the conference venue. It is a great opportunity to connect with other delegates before the conference starts, while exploring the exhibition area in an informal setting.
Welcome Reception at City Hall
Date: 13 April 2026, 18:30-20:00
Join us at the welcome reception at Copenhagen City Hall, where we officially welcome all participants to GPS 2026. The reception is sponsored by the City of Copenhagen and is included in the registration fee. Meet old and new colleagues in a relaxed setting while enjoying light refreshments.
Conference dinner
Date: 14 April 2026, 19:00-24:00
Price in EUR: 94 EUR (incl. 25 % VAT)
Price in DKK: 700 DKK (incl. VAT)
The conference dinner will be held at the “Home of Carlsberg” and will include a 3 course dinner with beer/wine/soft drinks.
After the dinner, the dance floor and the bar will open and it will be possible to purchase drinks in the bar.
Dinner tickets can be purchased through the registration portal.
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu.
- Cancellations postmarked before and on 1 March 2026 will be refunded deducting an administration fee of DKK 250.
- From 2 March 2026 registration fees are non-refundable.
- Dinner tickets are non-refundable.
In case of a refund, it will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be granted in case of no-show.
If the conference is cancelled due to the global pandemic, the registration fee will be refunded.
If the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
