Welcome Reception

All participants are invited to join the welcome reception & official opening of the at conference venue.

The welcome reception is included in the registration fee.

 

Conference dinner

Date: 14 April 2026
Price in EUR: 75 EUR (excl. 25 % VAT)
Price in DKK: 559 DKK (excl. 25 % VAT)

The conference dinner will be held at the “Home of Carlsberg” and will include a 3 course dinner with beer/wine/soft drinks.
After the dinner, the dance floor and the bar will open and it will be possible to purchase drinks in the bar.

Dinner tickets can be purchased through the registration portal.

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu.

  • Cancellations postmarked before and on 1 March 2026  will be refunded deducting an administration fee of DKK 250.
  • From 2 March 2026 registration fees are non-refundable.

If the conference is cancelled due to the global pandemic, the registration fee will be refunded.

If the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
